Our studio allows our clients to focus during individual and semi-private Pilates sessions. The atmosphere is supportive and non-competitive, designed to enhance concentration and to engender a sense of physical accomplishment and overall well-being.

The Krista McCarthy Pilates Studio is located in Delray Beach and is equipped with a full range of beautifully crafted and professionally maintained Pilates apparatus.  A wide variety of accessory tools are available to support each session or group class. We offer semi-private duet sessions on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda-chair, Pedipul, ladder barrel and Spine Corrector.
